About Awaken Radio
The Beginning
Jonathan aka DJ Trixxx started out DJing in 2009 and has gone up over the years and is launching his own Internet radio station called AWAKEN. A radio station that is designed to musically and spiritually open the eyes of the community, to the true meaning of love and care in our world. Awaken Radio is designed to give Hope and allow listeners to experience life in musical and podcast engagement. This radio station is accepting of all. Even though all of us may never get along, we’re still people and we still bleed the same. We still need to love & be there for each other.
It is extremely difficult at times to move through life and see there’s still hope and light or if there is even a purpose. Is there a way out of drug addiction? Is there a way out of suicide? Can I be accepted? Where do I fit in? All these questions and sometimes nobody’s there to answer, but through Awaken Radio, these questions can be answered and we can find peace within the music we share. For several of Awaken Radio's Hosts, music was our answer. It was our Cure. Now We'd like to share our positivity and passion with the rest of the world!
