About DJ Trixxx
From a very young age, music has sparked my interest. From singing as a young man in church choir and leading worship, to singing at my graduation for high school, all the way to walking into my favorite bar and playing the music that I love. I started out in 2009 at a small bar called the Lucky dog in Boise, Idaho. This began my legacy as a DJ. From there I went to Boise pride events and moved to Reno where i started DJing at Tronics and Neutron nightclubs as well as Five Star, Carls Saloon, and The Balcony Nightclub in Boise Idaho. I took a break from 2017 to 2020 and started a show called the beautiful series. I began to look at the good things and what had changed my life because of it. The beautiful series aired May 9 2020 on KDNQ RenoQ100 which is now Q100 Arkansas. The Beautiful series was airing until the middle of the year of 2024 when the radio station was being prepared for moving from Reno to Arkansas.
Mission(s)
As the creator of Awaken Radio and The Beautiful Series, my goals are to reach out to our world and local communities to show that we are not alone and there is always others to turn to and lean on. That there is options. Life can throw things at us that we do not expect and with that can bring a whole set of Opportunities that nobody is ever expecting. With-in the unexpected and unknown, there is a hidden beauty that comes out of everything we may face.
